• Creation of Service/Offering and Program Developement
• Mentoring and training the virtual team and contingent employees
• Azure App Consult responsibility for the EMEA time zone
• Coordination with Microsoft Azure internal teams (Product Group)
• Scope : PaaS (+ Migration from IaaS to PaaS), SaaS Solution Development, Modern Web & Mobile Solutions, IoT (Internet of Things)
• Preparation of proactive IP for our customer segment
• Technical Content Review

Provide proactive and reactive support services to Premier Customer through onsite mission. This includes: Customers’ training (individual or team) on specific services or development technology/framework (Web API, Asp.Net MVC, Visual Studio, etc.), understanding of current context and provision of recommandation/best practices, leverage azure subscription (how to start on azure or which azure service to use), Chalk and Talk, Design Session, Creation of Proof of Concept and Troubleshooting (Resolving customers’ issues including technical scenarios integrating several cloud application blocks: Azure, SQL Database, Service Bus, Web Apps, Mobile Services, Cloud Services, Azure Storage, Application Insights, Notification Hub, etc.)
